At Plotting Perfection, we take great pride in the quality and care of our work. Each service is performed with respect, detail, and professionalism. Because of the personalized nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

We will review your concern and, when appropriate, return to the site to make adjustments or corrections at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Services were not provided as scheduled and no rescheduling was offered.

The work completed was substantially different from the service description you purchased.

Duplicate or accidental charges were made to your account.

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind after services are rendered.

Natural changes that occur after service (such as weather effects, drought, grass/weed growth, or new debris).

Situations outside of our control (such as cemetery restrictions, access issues, vandalism, animal feeding, or third-party interference).

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
