Guarantee of Service
All of our work is carried out in a dignified and respectful manner. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Following each visit, you will receive a digital photograph of the gravesite before and after our services.
Flower Selections: Due to availability issues of flowers and/or plants, we cannot guarantee specific flowers or plants, nor the quantity of the flowers or plants, but we will do our best to meet your preferences and make the site look beautiful.

Payment Options
One Time Services - Payment must be made before any services are rendered. A receipt with a list of services rendered will be provided with before and after photographs.

Subscription Plans - An invoice will be sent or emailed before services rendered informing you of what your credit card will be charged. There is no need to contact us unless you want to change your plan or cancel services. Your credit card will automatically be charged after the date listed on the invoice. Subscription plans that are started mid-season will be prorated and include all subscription discounts.
A receipt with a list of services rendered will be provided with before and after photographs.
We accept personal checks, cash, credit card, and Venmo payments.

Regulations
Cemetery rules and regulations will be requested and adhered to. We check your cemetery’s rules and regulations before we place any flowers or other items at the site. You will be informed of any limitations that interfere with your request.

Travel charges may be added to cemeteries located out of our service area.
For a small fee, printed photos of gravesites can be mailed to clients.
